Washed Rind Cheeses are the famous funky cheeses of the world, inducing Taleggio and Epoisses styles. They smell strongly with allium notes and a touch of stinky feet and ammonia, but are packed with savory flavor and are the preferred option of many cheese aficionados. They’re a strong cheeseboard choice and are typically great melters for savory casserole dishes such as Tartiflette. Specific cheese will vary. 4-6 ounce piece.
