This 90 proof rye whiskey is made from 93% local Winter Rye and 7% Barley, aged primarily in new American oak barrels, and finished in a progression of ex-Bourbon then ex-Single Malt casks from their own Pine Barrens Single Malt. This range of maturation flavor yields expressive edges and a robust backbone to both the aroma and palate, making it both a nice spicy sipper over a rock or two, and a truly solid Manhattan. – ABV: 45%
