Description

The Plain Bagel highlights Kismet's special blend of whole wheat and standard flours, as well as the long fermentation process they use to make all of their dough. With this Plain Bagel, you can really taste the full flavor and love that goes into each one!

To bake:

Thaw bagels at room temperature before baking.
Preheat oven to 500° F.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, and bake bagels for 10 mins.
Enjoy!

Bagels ship ambient. They are not sliced. If not immediately baking, store bagels in the freezer for up to 6 months. Once baked, you may store bagels in plastic bags for up to 48 hours.
