Description

There’s a reason they call Parmigiano Reggiano the king of cheese. One of the most recognizable cheeses in the world, this parmesan cheese is hard, nutty, salty, and savory. PDO - protected designation of origin - Parm is always made from raw cow’s milk and is only made in the Parma and Reggio Emilia provinces in Italy. This cheese will bring pasta dishes and soups to the next level but is also great on its own with Italian reds or after-dinner drinks. We source only from top and storied producers of PDO Parmigiano Reggiano including Valserena, the oldest dairy in Parma, that can trace production back to the 1600s.
