This cider made with 100% of the late season ripening Arkansas Black apples was slowly fermented over 80 days with its natural yeast in one of our oak casks. Aromas of cooked and over ripe apple with hints of matured cheese and citrus, this complex cider has a developed, medium body from extended lees aging and finishes with a brightness of fresh lemon.
