We have teamed up with Banza and Grown Ass Mac to bring you a zero waste, gluten free, and vegan Mac & Cheese! Boil and cook your Banza till al dente, 7 - 9 minutes. Once your Banza pasta is cooked drain it and set aside. On a stove top, stir in 1 tablespoon of plant-based butter and 2 tablespoons of oat milk with 1 heaping tablespoon of this cheesy powder, whisk on low heat until it starts to bubble! Then your cheese sauce is ready to go. Mix with with your banza for the most amazing gluten free and vegan mac & cheese! Each mac & cheese kit contains 4 servings.
