Often thought of as a cross between pasta and rice, couscous is coarsely ground durum wheat semolina. This golden couscous has a traditional, small size and a soft, light texture. This couscous is easy to prepare -- simply bring a pot of water or broth to boil, stir in your couscous, remove from heat and let it steam. We love to serve ours with loads of herbs and olive oil!
