Spring is in the air, and that means it's time to spruce up the place. But what comes with cleaning out the closet and your junk drawers is the dreaded "what should I do with all this stuff??" moment. That's where we step in.
The Rounds is now offering TWO NEW pick up services to help you declutter your space and make sure your products are safely recycled or donated!
Recycling + E-Waste Pickup Service
With our Recycling + E-Waste Pick Up Service, The Rounds will handle all the hard work of making sure your hard-to-recycle products and electronics are recycled correctly.
How it works:
1. Add one of the two sizes for Recycling + E-Waste Pick Up to your bundle
2. On your next refill day, leave out a bag along with your empties and we will safely donate your products!
Checkout the breakdown of what we accept:
- E-waste (batteries, electronics, cords, etc.)
- Plastic bags with a store drop-off label.
- Grocery, produce, bread bags, shipping packaging + delivery bags
- Single-use, recyclable and/or reusable containers and paper (e.g. cardboard boxes, glass, hard plastic, etc.)
What we will NOT take:
- Items that will not fit into The Rounds bag (plz no couches)
- Hazardous items
- Any item that is > 3 lbs per item
For recycling, please make sure that whatever is sent can be recycled and is not trash. Items that cannot be recycled should not be included in your bag, as we have no way to recycle them.
What size bag should I place my products in?
- Small Recycling + E-Waste Bag: Items should fit inside a small shopping bag
- Large Recycling + E-Waste Bag: Items should adequate fit inside a bag from The Rounds or one of equivalent size
Donation Pickup
You know that bag of clothes and random knick knacks for Goodwill that’s been under your bed for months? With a Donation Pick Up, we'll take that off your hands to free up space in your home and time during your weekend. We’ll work to make sure that everything is responsibly donated!
We are excited to find a new home for your items!
How it works:
1. Add one of the two sizes of Donation Pick Up to your bundle
2. On your next Refill Day, leave out your items for donation alongside your Empties and we will safely donate your stuff!
Checkout the breakdown of what we accept:
- Clothing
- Textiles (e.g., old pillowcases)
- Books
- Small appliances and homeware (pots, pans, hand vacuum, etc.)
What we will NOT take:
- Items that will not fit into The Rounds bag
- Hazardous items
- Any item that is > 3 lbs per item (heavy pans will not be accepted)
Please make sure that whatever is donated is clean and worthy of a safe home. Items that are clearly damaged or stained cannot be accepted and we cannot guarantee that they will find a sustainable home.
