What should I do with my empty containers and cooler bags?
You’re welcome to keep your empties for reuse at home, and we've put together some fun suggestions for you if you need ideas here. Contact us before June 5 if you’d like to request a pickup for your empty containers or cooler bags, and we’ll assign you a day and time to leave empties out for our Rounders.
What can I do if I paid for a full month of Membership or a Pickup Plan prior to this change?
Any Member who did not receive all 4 weeks of deliveries or pickups will receive a partial refund.
How can I get started on Misfits Market?
Active Members of The Rounds can enjoy a free year of Misfits+ and a $30 credit to use at Misfits Market. Visit this link and sign up using the same email you used for The Rounds to get your free year of Misfits+ applied automatically.
To claim your new member benefit, just follow these steps:
1. Click here to register for a Misfits Market account using the same email on your The Rounds account.
2. Once your account is created, you’ll have $30 in credit automatically deposited in your account to use on your first order (order minimums apply).
3. Next, head to the Misfits+ page in your account to sign up for Misfits+. You’ll start in our two-week free trial so you can immediately start saving on groceries and get free shipping on every order. After the two-week trial, we’ll charge you the $69 annual fee but it will be refunded to your form of payment on file within 10 business days so you can enjoy a free year of Misfits at no cost to you.

What are the terms and conditions?

The $30 credit to Misfits Market will be added to your account upon enrollment and must be used by June 30, 2026 at 11:45 PM ET.
