1. Eligibility: The  giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Rounds and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on 4/2/24 and ends on 4/29/24 at 11:59pm (the "Entry Period").

3. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  • Follow @therounds.co on Instagram
  • Be (or become!) a Member of The Rounds
  • Like + Comment on the giveaway post

4. Additional Entries: Participants can earn additional entries by referring a friend to The Rounds. Each successfully referred friend will earn the participant an additional entry into the giveaway.

5.Alternative Methods of Entry: Participants who do not have an Instagram account, prefer not to use Instagram, are not a Member of The Rounds or would prefer not to be, may enter the giveaway by sending their name, email address, and phone number via mail to The Rounds, 55 Washington Street, ste 415, Brooklyn NY 11201. Each valid entry received via this alternative method will count as one entry into the giveaway. All alternative entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period to be eligible for the giveaway.

6. Prize: One (1) winner will receive the following prizes:

  • 1-year membership to The Rounds (valued at $120)
  • E-bike (valued at $1100)

7. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 48 hours after the end of the Entry Period. The winner must respond to the notification within 72 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Prize Fulfillment: The prize will be delivered to the winner within 60 days after they have claimed the prize. The Rounds will cover the cost of shipping the prize to the winner's address.

10. Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow The Rounds to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Rounds and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.

12. Instagram Disclaimer: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to the giveaway.

13. Governing Law: The giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
